Zion's Harvest Market will be open for a total of 20 weeks. Each week members will come to fill their baskets with freshly harvested produce. The "veggie volume" will vary throughout the season depending on what is ready to harvest, but members can expect to receive a minimum of 6 types of produce including fresh herbs. Additional produce may be available at our "bounty table."
Spring: Cilantro, chives, sugar snap peas, radishes, beet greens, fresh salad mix
Summer: Basil, parsley, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, summer squash, fresh salad mix
Fall: Potatoes, thyme, winter squash, onions, kale, fresh salad mix
